Howell Social Club Running Team 2.0

My sister and I did a crazy thing again this year and decided to train for a 5K during the hottest months of the year.  The Howell Social Club Running Team will be participating in the Dodge City Days 5K at the end of this month.

I'm still stuck in a rut of sorts.  I need to refocus my efforts and get off this plateau I'm stuck on.  I haven't gained weight, but I haven't lost any either. 

Gus and I went to Kansas last weekend for a cousin get-together.  All the cousins from my mom's side of the family traveled to my oldest cousin's house for a Saturday afternoon.  We had a fun time - hanging out, catching up, chatting, eating, etc.  The kids enjoyed the pool and the water slide. 

My youngest sister's dog died yesterday.  RIP Hooley.
